I love the fact that I don't have to worry about how I'm going to get salt in my water system. The bags are way too heavy for me to lift. You are prompt, and you are good at communication.

The water comes when promised and the people are very curious and helpful
No comment on softener, just installed. Brock and Keaton however were a pleasure to deal with. Brock was knowledgeable and always responded quickly. He also listened to what was important to us. Keaton was an excellent installer and refused to leave until we were completely satisfied. We have limited storage space so footprint was very important to us. Keaton did a great job getting us every inch possible. They both went that proverbial extra mile.
