We have been very satisfied with the service of the Culligan Sterling Water Waupaca staff. They have always been very helpful in answering any questions I have and are happy to reschedule any service upon request. We rent a water filtration system and own a acid neutralizer tank. Highly recommend them!
A service tech came to the house to change the filter and test the water. He was testing the water and I asked him about a new faucet because the end was cracked and old. He told me that they could do that but he did not have a new faucet with him but would relay the message and someone would be back at later date to replace it. A day later they came back and replaced it. Both times they were very professional and done in timely manner. Very happy with the service!
