The fellow that just delivered my salt was excellent! He went above and beyond - he called me to tell me he was at my house to deliver the salt (I was at work) and wanted to know where I would like it put. I said ideally at the side door but I didn't get all the snow cleared from the last snow fall so out front would have to do. I just didn't know if I could carry them to the side of the house because they are heavy bags. I honestly tried to clear all the snow but I live alone and am old lol so it is difficult for me to get some things done on my own. Anyway he said he would see what he could do. Well low and behold, I got home after work and he had cleared the rest of the path and put the salt right by my side door! You really don't know how much I appreciated him! That is service plus!
I have enjoyed the customer service. However, I have the maintenance plan and I totally dislike that you don’t let customers know in advance the window time the delivery guy will be arriving. Yes, you let people know on that day, but it makes it very difficult to make plans in advance. Very inconvenient!!

Full explanation of options. Questions answered knowlegeably. When the serviceman came to install it, he was polite and efficient.
Every year the tech does a thorough review of both my softener and reverse osmosis systems. Filters are changed on the reverse osmosis system, and the water is tested to make sure the softener is operating properly. He reviews sequencing and the motor on the softener to make sure it is operating properly. The reverse osmosis system is terrific. We have a separate water faucet at the kitchen sink, and it also services our refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. There is no need to carry large water bottles or cases of water to get a glass of water. The softener saves our appliances and bathroom fixtures. It is a great combination of products, and they last with proper maintenance. The tech is terrific, no mess and always answers any question that I may have regarding the systems.

Signing up for bottled water delivery was easy through the website. A sales rep took care of the entire process, then the local office contacted me to set io delivery. Initially, there was a discrepancy in pricing for my first delivery, but that was corrected by a Customer Success Specialist when I brought it to their attention.
