We've been using Culligan since I have been employed at Platinum. I have never had an issue with the qualtiy of the water used for our chemistry analyzer. My service engineer gave me his cell phone to contact him for urgent problems. This past Saturday, the red light was flashing. I texted Danny and set up a service appointment for Tuesday. Love having salt delivery for my water softener. I'm 77 years old and can't carry the heavy bags. The delivery person brings all the salt down to my water softener unit...an exceptional service. The salt itself is excellent quality.
Quality products and helpful and prompt service.
The iron filter we rented took care of our problem, but we decided to get a softener and ro system to address the hard water finally. The deal Costco offered was too good to pass up.
I've already suggested to my son that he should consider renting an iron filter from you because he has a terrible iron problem as well.
