I like the convenience that they deliver our bags of salt for our softener. I also like the fact that we rent our units so they maintain them for us and replace the filters at no cost to us, especially the reverse osmosis.
Erik did a great job changing our filters and checking our softner.

High quality equipment produces high quality water. All the service people and delivery people are polite respectful and a pleasure to welcome into our home. The administrative staff are top notch. We have used Culligan for nearly 27 years and have never had a complaint.
