I asked questions and received knowledgeable answers.
Suggestion: I shouldn’t have to ask, there should be a document that explains what is done during annual maintenance and why. I can’t measure the value unless I know. Otherwise how would I know if a service person is skimping. Besides, it would build credibility for Culligan. Now, whether this was provided once a long time ago or not, it should be provided annually during the visit. I’m sure many won’t care but for me, as a real tech person, it would be my preference.
