We like the service technicians that have come out recently to adjust our system, which my wife said took care of some mineral deposits as well as kept our water soft enough. Also, as part of the platinum program, I have had two issues that came up since we bought the unit and installation 6 years ago and both times the technicians were friendly and able to figure out and repair the problem free of charge. Also, the customer service when I call for appointments, etc. has been very friendly and efficient. The only issue regarding the platinum program is the monthly cost which is a bit much for retired people, otherwise I would have given Culligan a rating of 10.
