Punctual monthly delivery and friendly driver. Culligan has solved my hard water problem with no more spots on my shower or dishes/glasses. My hair gets and stays much cleaner and shinier after washing. I am so pleased.

Excellent service and response
The salt delivery person is always friendly and considerate when delivering salt and checking over the unit to make sure there is enough salt. The system has also gotten better by providing a smaller delivery window on the day of delivery. In the past, you would have to wait to see when the delivery would come, but at least now that there is a smaller, 3-hour window, it allows me to schedule work meetings and breaks with more confidence.
Everything went well with my service for the exception that the light still does not work on my RO faucet. The technician changed the battery and when I questioned the light not coming on yet, he said it will once the tank has filled up again. But it has never come on since. Is this something I need to climb underneath the sink and mess with to get it working or will Culligan look after it? I look forward to hearing back from you! Thanks!

Convenient, punctual delivery and follow-up
Outstanding! Front staff, Jennifer, is awesome. She is friendly and communicates very well. The delivery person (I forgot his name) has been exceptional the last couple of deliveries. I live on the 3rd floor, no elevators. He had to hand-carry 8-9 bottles to the 3rd floor each delivery. That’s two bottles at a time, 4-5 trips to the 3rd floor. That is no easy task. I appreciate his hard work and all. I highly suggest Culligan company provide him an electric dolly that will ease in carrying these water bottles for apartment situations such as mine.
Everyone is so polite and accommodating. Appointments are always within a timely matter.
