I love the soft water that I get from my Culligan soft water unit. Culligan makes salt deliveries around 5 times a year and loads them in my brine tank in the garage whether I'm home or not using the keypad on the outside fence. I just pay the bill when I receive it a week or so after the salt delivery. Very easy and reliable process!

We wanted this product as we're of a certain age. My skin needs to be protected and our hard water had become too harsh, particularly because I'm a quadriplegic and sit all day. Then having reverse osmosis was important for our health since we live in a farming state. We're 1st or 2nd in the United States for cancer.

Thomas is very knowledgeable and a nice young man. He always answers my questions. Says hi to my dogs. And takes the empty salt bags (trash) with him!
