Consistent service deliveries and good water quality
We purchased the system in the fall to replace our 20 year old system, that we didn't have the service agreement on. I like that there is no calcium build up. The water tastes good. The service is good, we did elect to have the maintenance program, I did think the 6 month checkup would have a few more checks done to the system. Two bags of salt were added and the water tested, that were no system check of the unit itself. It doesn't seem much compared to the monthly fee.
Dylan does a great job taking care of us. He helped get us the smaller water bottles and always works with us on delivery issues.
The service technician was great and explained everything thoroughly plus the unit is very nice and fit nicely under the sink. I would recommend Culligan to anybody.

The water in SD is very hard. The water softener has helped with my skin, hair and clothes.
Service is very good for water softener however the tech sometimes leaves water
on the garage floor that I have to clean up. It is an epoxy floor.

I have the water softener Evolve EVR 1044 for many years. I have great performance from this Water SOFTNER. I do get it serviced when maintenance calls for it and it continues to work very well. Where I live the water is very hard and this water softener does the job. Thanks
