Happy with the service in sales and installation.
Great customer service. I’m always notified when the delivery will be. If there’s any issues or delays, they let me know. The water always taste great. When it’s time for a cooler to be cleaned, they replace it. If I have a question about my bill, I can call and actually talk to a live person about my bill. It’s a great company with great products and customer service is wonderful.

Every 6 months is too long. When I bought Culligan they came every 2 months. I think every 3 months is about right.

the best. I would recommend this service to anyone who doesn't like the inconvenience of
buying their own salt, lugging it into the house and then to the water softener, to consider this service.
