They work
The products are fantastic however getting support is sometimes challenging. The IVR is extremely annoying when you call. The hold music is horrible. Washington State seems very understaffed. The employees are always upbeat and represent Culligan even if understaffed. My only recommendation would be lose the IVR hold music if on hold for more than a minute it is annoying. Play it once and then something else or nothing at all.
service is good and happy with the quality of the product. always try to address your concerns very quickly . staff is good -recently on my issues Amber from Culligan called me back and resolved the issue right away.

Since the installation of the water softener our water has never been this good. No more spots on the glasses when drying and the car to. We use much less detergent and soap because of the softness of the water. The yearly tune up has worked out great and the nice thing is getting the salt pellets delivered right to the house. One of the best investments we made in are home.
