The size of the existing outside "closet" used for water processing needs was initially determined to be large enough for the Culligan carbon filter and two medium softener cartridges. At the time of installation, the installer found that it was not large enough for a routine installation. He had to return about a week later and finish the installation, using some connect lines he did not initially have. However he did a very professional job and we are happy with the result. We have not yet experienced the monthly Culligan servicing.

I appreciate that I got a phone call the week before my appointment. Plus I got a phone call the day of letting me know exactly when the technician was 15 minutes out from being at my house. People you talk to on the phone always have good information. They call you back if you don’t directly talk to somebody. Technician that worked on at my home seemed knowledgeable about the product. They were professional and courteous.
Our delivery man, is very polite and he's very respectful and reliable. He is always here when he's scheduled to come. Ilije that I don't have to leave my home to go get refills and tge prices for the water and delivery, is very reasonable!

Positive = Our delivery driver, Robert, is fantastic!
Negative = We do not receive our bills anymore, so I called the office to get copies. I've talked to multiple women in the office, and every single one has been extremely rude, like I'm an inconvenience to them when I call. It took multiple calls to get a bill emailed to us so I started logging into our account online to avoid talking to them. Sometimes talking to them is unavoidable though. When I called in to order a new cooler because ours was not working properly, they said I couldn't get us a new one until my delivery date. Then they didnt write up a ticket, so when Robert showed up for our delivery and I was expecting a new cooler, he did not have one on his truck for us because he did not know.
Larry is our Delivery guy, and he is absolutely an amazing man, and I wouldn't want anyone else delivering our water to us.
when I had a problem they were quick to respond and advise me.
Mr chuck case was very, very personable and he explained everything to my husband, what he was doing. He explained to me every time he came in the house to use the water to and told me that the water was going to be dow later on in the day, which I appreciate. Otherwise I would've known what was going on and overall very professional. And that's what I have to say about Mr. Chuck case.

Jesse took care of everything that was needed. Even went the extra mile to triple test everything to make sure that we were exactly where we needed to be period changed. All filters played with the dogs d*** good rep.
I like Seth. He is very good at his job and knows everything about the problems with the equipment and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order before he leaves my house
