I love the taste of the water, the call I always receive before my delivery date and the value. Although I don’t think it’s fair to charge a fuel tax, that’s part of doing business. But I would recommend to a friend and I do.

When we first started getting delivery the company was changing owners and people were complaining. Very happy we stuck with them! The delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. We get notifications of upcoming deliveries. Billing is very detailed.
Recently, after the big snow, the truck was unable to get up our awful driveway. We saw that he called instead of just leaving. He was going to try to figure out a way to get us water. We didn't answer but when we called to see if they would be back in our area soon or if we should come to the company, they were able to deliver again quickly. (Seriously, we have the worst driveway! Up a steep hill, a small circle at the top, zero logic when it was created). They never complain, always friendly, we have 3 dumb but lovable dogs... I could go on and on about how much we appreciate our delivery driver!
Kevin was very courteous and explained what needed to be done. When it’s time for next maintenance I would request having Kevin if possible

I had an issue with a component of the water softener. PATRICK came to diagnose/fix the problem. He did so within a few minutes AND went above and beyond to make sure it was completely fixed the first time.

Culligan is a brand which I see in my neighborhood all the time which means they are readily available. After the water softener installation my shower feels so much better and I can see my suds now. No more white spots all around sink and bath after running water.

The delivery process was smooth and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous.
The Culligan Water System takes our extremely hard water and makes it perfect. Well-worth the investment when you are on a well instead of city services. Without it, we would be replacing showerheads, faucets, dishwashers, and hot water heater elemens constantly.
