Service was spot on. Thanks for rescheduling another delivery of salt for my softener. I had it scheduled and I forgot about it being delivered until I was the auto payment on my bank statement and realized I did not get the delivery. I called and the person answering the phone said I had called last monday morning to cancel. Which I didn't .....so any way the person in your office was kind enough to reschedule the delivery.

The spring water tastes great. We are always notified when to expect a delivery. When I do call them I get to talk to a person. The delivery driver always places the bottles in the right place in my breezeway. So what's not to like?

A special thanks to the salt delivery representative Justin. My delivery was scheduled. Justin initiated a text to me that he was 5 minutes away. Upon arrival he was polite, friendly, and focused on me as his customer. I appreciated the tests and checks he did while making the salt refill. Thanks Justin!

First - Jeromy resented a great sales call and was quite professional. He explained the equipment and answered all of our questions. Showing us the quality of the water in Brandon/Valrico was an EYE OPENER. I have used RHEEM salt, water softeners for years that I have been in my home of 35 years and they have never lasted more than 4 years. We decided to put in the Culligan smart HE system and within a day noticed the difference as well as the Reverse Osmosis system and the taste difference was immediately noticed sorry I didn't do this 35 years ago.
Second- Jeremy the installer who put the system in our home was also quite the professional. He explained everything as he was doing the installation. Anyone who could put up with ALL my questions and not get irritated is an asset to the company. I do not allow anyone do anything in my home without me standing there watching everything they are doing and asking questions.
Culligan has two exceptional gentleman in their employment and are an asset to the company.

Drinking clean water is essential. Following delivery dates is a challenge if you don't have a schedule.
