Our water supply never goes dry thanks to Thomas. He always checks the machine and makes sure we get credited for leaky bottles when we have them.
Almost everytime my employees tell me were almost out of water, Thomas swoops in to save the day. Many thanks to him so I dont get caught in a mutiny.

The convenience of delivery to my door. I wonder if it would be possible to have water in 25 pound bottles instead of 50 pound bottles. I am 71 and can still lift onto the dispenser but I am not getting younger!
