The servicemen were Tyshawn and Stephen. Both wonderful to work with- would recommend them highly. Punctual, knowledgeable , and kind. And Matthew, our salesman, felt like part of our family! As opposed to the usual salesman that one would not want in their house.

The product is delivered and installed. If I am home I don't have to handle the bags of salt. The delivery man does all that for me. I'm on auto pay so I don't have to do a thing.
