Our water is really soft and everyone, especially our delivery driver is exceptionally pleasant and kind.
Culligan is ‘Johnny-on-the-spot’ when it comes to service. I’ve thought about buying my own water conditioner but the peace of mind that they’ll be here to remedy any issues that might arise is worth every penny.
Water is delivered right to where we have the cooler.

I enjoy Culligan products and all services. What I would like to convey, at this time, is that it would be a nice gesture on Culligan's Technician's part to let the customer, if someone is home, know that they will be on the grounds to service the water softener. Thank you!
I love ur guys water better than City water isn't safe
Some people were here this weekend one took a shower and one washed clothes and noticed the BIG difference in their clothes and the shower
Went above and beyond to install equipment in a location that is most convenient for us despite it taking much more work.
Installation person was good, explained system well. Too soon to know much about system. Lots of air in system when first use faucets and toilets.
Made one toilet keep running. Stirred up sediment in system maybe.
The water Delivery is always dependable
Prompted timely deliveries 99 % to f the time once in a while you wiill receive a lazy technician that leaves your salt bags that somehow got holes all through it and half those bags are ruined by the rain or puddles the tech had decided those options his best choice

The service technicians were very helpful and answering questions regarding our Culligan system. They even offered additional information and insight on our equipment and readily serviced all our concerns.
Easy $ fair prices
I like the taste of my water, but the overall cost might be getting prohibitive.

Our problem was quickly solved and I thought Justin quickly realized our issue and it was fixed.
I would highly recommend Culligan and have been a customer for almost 50 years. Have been happy with service, etc.
However, recently there was an issue that I feel could have been handled a little differently. My husband picks up our salt for the softener. He recently had surgery and was told he could not lift anything for a period of time. I called and asked if we could have a bag of salt delivered when they were out in our neighborhood. We received a call back from a customer service representative who said they would be happy to put us on a delivery schedule which would involve purchasing 3 bags at a time at an increased price. We declined this service and came to the store for just one bag and had someone help get it to the basement. This would have been the perfect time for an exception and tremendous customer service.
