I have salt delivered and it is always delivered on the day scheduled. The delivery man is very kind and friendly. The office staff is very nice and always very responsive.
Culligan Nashville always communicates with me before my delivery to text me and remind me when they are coming. They send emails as well. They have great customer service when I call if there is an issue with my jugs (not any fault of theirs, plastic just wears down or a jug gets a leak). Everyone is extremely friendly and delivery is always on time.
