Your technician arrived on time. When he arrived he checked the water and it was clean, but there is a smell of Sulphur that comes and goes. He explained the reason and that it would dissipate over time. I only had to pay the amount that was quoted when I booked the appointment and we were reassured that our equipment is still running fine and will do so for a long time.
Having spring water delivered to my door from a local spring elevates life most important element. I live in a condo complex in San Diego, it’s not easy to get to, not easy to park the truck, but my delivery driver Mwamba Cunningham has always gone the extra mile for me. I am always in gratitude for his commitment, communication, and service.

Larry, our delivery person is great. Always respectful of our space and moves quickly - in and out within 10 minutes. He is very friendly.
My only complaint would be billing. We are on an automatic payment for a subscription and the charges still vary and are never the same.
Someone always answers the phone versus A-I or a message center. Culligan communicates!!

I like the fact that they deliver my product of heavy salt for my water treatment. I am 66 and disabiled and it is a big help.
Friendly and courteous. i don't personally drink coffee, but the coworkers that do seem to love it.
We are happy with products, just wish there were additional coffee choices (Folgers Black Silk...hint hint). Our account salesman that services our account, Shawn Bell, is stellar!!! He is prompt, efficient, and works with our account on adjusting our usage needs. I would be sad if he should get promoted to a different level, or, God forbid...leave!!! Your service technicians are also very good! Your employees are just great!!!
