The "sales" rep that came to my house was amazing. He didn't try to seel anything to me. He explained why he was recommending the products he was recommending to resolve my water issues. He also explained why what I had already done didn't solve my problem. He explained all costs to me without pressuring me into buying/renting anything. Kent, the rep, never made me feel bad for not knowing how to fix my problem. He just educated me on the chemistry of the water at my house. The installers were so kind and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I understood how everything worked before they left.

the equipment and salt are great. Service has been a bit sketchy lately. They missed me on the last delivery and even though I left my door unlocked with a sign to load in 2 bags by the water softener about 20 steps inside, they left the bags outside. I have stage 4 lung cancer and it is very hard for me to lift those 40 lb bags and carry them. To load salt, I have to set the bag by the softner and put the salt in a cup at a time until the bag is under 20 lbs so I can lift it.
The dedication and knowledge of these people are top notch. They go above and beyond everytime i may need them.

I truly love my Culligan services. The delivery man is very sweet. Not afraid if my dogs. Always has a smile on his face. The amazing woman who set up my services is an angel. She worked with me on a payment and was able to have my delivery as scheduled to me. I absolutely love my Culligan hot/cold cooler. The hot water is perfect temp for tea, a quick ramen, instant coffee, oatmeal. I can't speak enough good about their services.
