Same delivery man since i started with your company. I have 13 stairs to my apartment… and ask for water to be brought to top of stairs. He has always been nice an accommodating with every delivery.

There is nothing about the products/services that I can say I like. I have has trouble with Cullingan since they took over the All-Rite business.
They last service delivery peerson had put so much salt in my takn that it solidifed and was not processing the salt. A service tech had to come out (after informing the office of this) and mannually had to melt 2 bags of salt down in order for it to work. This was slat that I had paid for. Ans while I did get adjustment of credit in the two bags - that credit sits on top of antoher credit I recieved. Net: I have a credit of $139 (approximately) on my accoutn. As as single preson who dodes not go thruthat much salt, it'll take me over to 5 yrs to use that up. I asked for a refund check and was told I could not recieve one. When I asked if a check for the credit if I was no longer a cutsomer, the office person told me they would get back to me with an answer, That was a week ago.
This lack of follow though/folow up has been the normal since All-Rite was purchased by Cullingan. One of the many reasons I ma not a happy customer and will be leaving.

Absolutely amazing service. Josh Rivera took the time to personally contact me and let me know that my water system was down due to a cut extension cord. Not only did he identify the issue, but he also dug up the old line and helped install a new one. His professionalism, attention to detail, and tremendous customer service truly sets him apart

Your Senior customer service rep Timon Strano and driver Aaron Troy were extremely helpful in getting us a delivery today. Our account was having issues with sending us invoices and Timon was able to assist me in getting an online account set up and making a payment on the account to take care of outstanding invoices. Aaron circled back to make a delivery to our site.
