The initial contact and the follow up were very good. We hit a glitch because the serviceman accidentally nicked the hose of our custom dishwasher (installed by previous homeowner). It was a somewhat long process to get the correct part ordered and then installed. Fortunately, we were not occupying the house full time during that time so we experienced minimal inconvenience other than arranging for someone to meet the serviceperson multiple times. Other than that blip, we have been very satisfied with Culligan (and have had an RO unit at our primary residence in Odessa for years and love it).
