The reminders for delivery and willingness to adjust the schedule based on my needs is more than I expected when I purchased my water softener 20 years ago. There has been no pressure from Culligan to upgrade my water softener which surprised me. The friendly people delivering the salt and the low cost to have this service is amazing. The fact that Culligan is even willing to empty the bags of salt into the softener and do a general inspection with every delivery is very appreciated.
