It has been over 3 years since we had water softening and R/O system installed. We have really enjoyed both systems from day one. We also purchased the annual checkup of the systems and regular salt delivery which provides us a piece of mind. Service rep to test water and look at the products was fantastic. He answered all our questions straight to the point and told us which way he would lean and why for our specific situation. He wasn’t too salesy which is hard to find these days. Really appreciated his time and efforts.
It was very easy to get a water softener installed. It only took a couple days after calling and the monthly price is affordable. It’s nice that they maintain the unit if you rent one and you can get salt delivered. I also got a water purifier for the kitchen sink and it has saved me money on bottled water purchases.
