Love your product and the guys that deliver your product. Especially the one who showed up yesterday. He was very informative and told me why I use so much salt in the summer. He also told me that was the first time he had seen a unit plumbed with both hot and cold water. He said it is only done on the hot water pipes. He was not sure why it was done this way. I was wondering why my bill was getting so high. More filters and salt used by this process plus a major expensive overhaul on my unit last year. Can you explain why?

The water is amazing. I have 65 gallon jugs refilled every month. I use it for my dogs. It’s very healthy. They love it. They’re always on time. They always lift it and move it if you need it to move somewhere else. Amazing company fantastic. Customer service.
