The Culligan Gold Series softener from October 2018 has been reliable. An O-ring was replaced in December 2025. The technician was professional and courteous. In the past with my previous softener, whenever a request for repair was made by phone, an "appointment scheduler" would always call the next day to inform me of my service day and time, but this did not happen this time, possibly because of the busy holiday time or a staff shortage. However, with my persistent follow-up, an employee eventually called and was able to get me scheduled the next day during the approaching holidays.
