We have been with Culligan since the late 90's. Having a water softener has paid off tremendously. Our appliances last longer, our skin does not get as dry, soap lasts so much longer The service men are very respectful and professional. We have no complaints concerning the service. Now that we are elderly, and the US government has behaved in such a manner that we find ourselves in an inflation, it is much more of a sacrifice to keep the softener. We shall do so as long as we can. I sure hate that what was once very affordable, has now become a burden in so many area's of our lives.

PJ is always friendly and calls for a reminder annually to change the filters. Without it, I would probably forget. The techs that come out are always friendly, kind and I am comfortable letting them in my home.

The Culligan iron filter we had previously worked very well for a good many years, and over that time the local Culligan Ottawa folks provided the very minimal required service in a prompt and very satisfactory manner.
