I like getting the jugs of water and find them handy to put in my water cooler. I like the taste of Culligan water better than any bottle water that I use to drink. The delivery driver is very driver and very helpful by putting a new one in my cooler if it needs to be replaced that day.
We have Culligan filters for over ten years now. System works very well, staff at Culligan Niagara i very helpful. Completely satisfied with their service.
The only negative I have to say is .......When you are dropping 3 bags of salt.....your delivery driver ...Literally! drop them at the front door!...never announcing his arrival!!!! I am a senior! and live alone! with no one to assist their placement in the tub in the equip room....ON THE LOWER LEVEL of my home!!! Previous drivers have been very accommodating and poured the bags in(takes 5 min. or less}..........VERY DISTRESSING!!!!!!
