I like being on the continuous basis of appointments, so I don't have to keep track of when salt is needed. The people who deliver the salt are courteous and let me know what they have done such as how many bags of salt, etc.

Culligan is reasonably priced water and I like the delivery service that I'm receiving from ryan ryan's always on the job. He's cordial, kind friendly and we appreciate that.
Our delivery guy, Olle is the best. He is very polite. Leaves plenty of bottles. He delivers bottle to each of the 3 locations at our facility. He has such a positive attitude. He does an awesone job

The Culligan water softener system has worked well for us with minimum upkeep on our part for about 3-1/2 years. We recently found a leak in the connection apparatus. We called right away and were able to get a prompt reply and service appointment. The service tech, Brett, was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. Brett made the repair quickly and tested the system to make sure everything was working well. The problem was that no silicone was used around the “o” ring during the original installation. Maybe this should be part of the installation protocol in the future. Otherwise, we are very happy with Brett’s service.
I like that I don't have to worry about my salt levels or refilling it, nor about the filters. One less thing for me to worry about!

Greetings, I have a big story to tell
- 1st payment was on Neo Mastercard
- called the local office and changed the card to TD Visa and July, August, Sept, Oct and Nov payments were autobilled successfully. (Mastercard account was closed as account was no longer required).
- on Friday Nov 28 I called the office on another matter
- Monday, Dec 1 I received an email from the Neo Financial advising that Culligan had attempted payment on the Mastercard (could not be processed as account was closed)
- called billing in ON and didn't go well. Neither Jennifer nor Candace were able to assist or provide information as to why payment reverted to an old card, or why the Visa hadn't been charged as in previous months.
- called the Medicine Hat Office and talked to Ian. This didn't go well either. He was rude, loud, talked over me and threatened to hang up on me. I quietly listened as he told me the only card on file was the Neo Mastercard and did not entertain any discussion as to what happened to the TD Visa except to say there was no Visa on file. He sent me a form to complete.
- late afternoon I called the office back for clarification and spoke with Teresa. In minutes the entire issue was resolved and she received the completed form.
- Teresa was the role model customer service agent, and together the problem was dealt with. It was like we were both on the same team working toward the same goal. I was also very pleasantly surprised to receive an email the afternoon of December 1 from Teresa in the Medicine Hat Office advising that the issue was not due to anything I had done but rather it was something that occurred in their office. She sincerely offered an apology and advised that the amount ($47.20) owing for December had been zeroed out. At that point, I felt completely valued and appreciated as a customer.
- This very stressful situation ended on a high note thanks to Teresa. I am pleased with how it was handled and won't hesitate calling the Medicine Hat Office because now I am clear on who to approach for assistance. Many thanks and much appreciated, Teresa!
