Zach Gering was our service technician and he was very professional, polite and careful about the installation. He navigated around all the existing sprinkler and downspout lines and tucked the water filter behind an existing shrub. He explained things well and left the area as clean as it was before he arrived. Very impressed with the quality of service.

The people are wonderful and very attentive. My salt team takes my salt around behind my house and places it under my covered porch, out of the elements and right where I need it. So far our H2O is the softest its ever been, No more dirty nasty faucets.

We have the bottleless hot cold cooler connected to our water line. It is wonderful! Tastes great. Cold and refreshing …or hot enough for tea! I feel good about my water quality now.
