Rarely have I needed a service person for my Culligan water softener. When I had a problem 2 weeks ago the person I talked with on the phone was very pleasant & helpful. The service person called me back within a few hours (it was a Friday), and he repaired my water softener the very next Monday morning.
Our water system was in need of some help. Your system has made quite an improvement in our water quality. Your service guys have been extremely professional and friendly.

You can rely on them to get the needed product to you on a timely basis, and the alert provides you with opportunity with a chance to reschedule if needed.
