So excited. Conrad installed both and did an amazing job, he secured all the pipes and wires knowing I have teenagers. He even cleaned the floor . Professional, kind and went above and beyond. (He should get a raise!)

Ben Taylor was the service tech sent to my home today. I had hard water and rusty water. Ben Called me to let me know when he’d be arriving. Ben was extremely polite and knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He took the time to show me what was going on so that I understood it.
Ben was extremely professional, genuinely cared that my system was fixed properly, and again he made sure i understood everything. I was extremely impressed with Ben. Huge asset to your company. Definitely 10 out of 10.
The gentleman that delivered my salt last week, and the gentleman who came to check my Culligan system last week when it was acting up were excellent as well.
I haven’t always had the best experience with some of the service people.
