Very dependable
I love my reverse osmosis system. The water taste really good and it’s very convenient. The monthly service charge is reasonable and fair. I usually get it serviced once a year. Recently, I had it repaired, and the two gentlemen who came to my house were great. They fixed it in no time, and they were just genuinely a pleasure to have in my home. The ladies that work customer service are always on top of things and very professional. I recently had a conversation with Norma de la Cruz requesting service. She was outstanding and super professional. People like Norma are the reason I will remain loyal to Culligan. All my interactions with the office have always been pleasant. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend Culligan and the system that I have to all my friends and neighbors.

I have very hard water and the softener does a great job softening it. The service has always been professional and on-time. I was very satisfied (10) with my annual service appointment with Marvin this morning. He was courteous and answered all my questions and took the time to explain certain things.

We like having salt delivered to the house and since we rent our machine, they come and fix it without extra charges. Have had Culligan since late 70s or early 80s.

When ever I need service or it's time for yearly maintenance the service people are there to answer any questions I may have. I never have an issue with scheduling a service call or the maintenance. The people who answer the phones are always polite and helpful. I have been with them for over 10 years without any problems. I rely on them to keep my system up to date.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a water conditioning system.
Lori has been absolutely fantastic a year after year. Her service is unparalleled. She gets super clear instructions. If she thinks the instructions getting sent out by the company or and clear enough, she actually sends addendums. She helps me figure out what filters i need every year and help or them. She does really quick turnaround for getting them shipped off as soon as possible. I just cannot see nothing good things about her worry is absolutely fantastic. She the dynamo at her job, please give her accolades, raises anything you can do. She's worth it. Oh my gosh. She's worth it.
