I've been with Culligan for 2.5 years. I inherited their R/O and soft water systems from the previous owner of my home. I can state, without a doubt, that Culligan's customer service levels have vastly improved. I've met Dalton, an Installer, and Joe, the Customer Service Manager. Both are outstanding individuals. Joe is passionate and committed to improving the customer experience. He even went out of his way to deliver a much-needed part to Dalton who was working on my system. I'm so grateful for Dalton's and Joe's expertise and commitment to meeting the needs of their customers. While I couldn't necessarily commit to recommending Culligan when I first moved into this home, I can, without a doubt, highly recommend Culligan and their service team.

Representatives have been well educated, informative, always ask if we have questions. Installation was timely, no mess left behind, good demonstration of product and its functions.
Always feel confident in the product as our local water is not the best. Olle, our delivery guy, is always very pleasant and helpful if we have an issue or question. I would not hesitate telling other, especially if Olle is their delivery guy too.
