Crazy thing is that these surveys reflect the person you last worked with so you naturally give I 10 for them and can not effectively rate Culligan. The first question is how likely would you recommend Culligan. But that number as I have been told is part of the survey for last service.

Availability
Our RO and water softener service with Jaylin went very smoothly. He was very respectful and pleasant. Not only did he repair the immediate problems, but he checked our systems thoroughly to make sure everything else was in good condition. We'll be requesting Jaylin for our future services!
