Because of the technician, Jason Still, I remain a Culligan customer. My experience with Culligan franchises in Florida has been very up and down, especially in the service department. But, because of Jason's excellent attention to my needs and the functioning of my equipment (inside and out), I remain a happy Culligan customer.

I am writing this review, not about the physical product itself, but about the customer service. Lori Vezina was very professional, respectful and enjoyable to be on the phone with. There is an issue with a bill. She handled it stress-free and it was a lot easier than in past circumstances with other companies.
