Always on time. Driver (Kareem) very personable, friendly and polite. Is a pleasure to chat with him while he's leaving and picking up thr bottles. Immediate attention to any issue that comes up. Today we let him know there was a cracked bottle and he made sure to note it down, so we got an additional bottle right then and there.
