He was prompt, kind, informative and most important- a highly skilled professional. He found the best place for the installation, expertly cut the pipes and put in a new pressure gauge. The tanks and pipes look like a work of art! I'm thrilled with the water quality (no chlorine smell, soft water makes a huge difference to my hair and skin, and I can finally run the dishwasher without the heavy mineral residue.)
