Guillermo delivered six salt bags to my basement without complaint and with a smile. My husband Nick and I are unable to carry the bags as Guillermo was able to and we are so thankful for his help and support. He offered to add the salt to our water system, but I told him he didn’t need to. He remembered our home from previous visits and asked about my husband which was so thoughtful and kind. Service is essential and they always provide the best!
Products are relatively reliable, and the services are good but as a monthly subscriber there needs to be something done to the process so they can honor their service contract for monthly renters. As a renter we're supposed to receive service within 24 hours but have had to wait for about two weeks to get the proper parts to fix our system.
Loved the filtered water from the tap. Very responsive service when needed for our annual checkup.

Randy has provided us service for many many years, and he needs to be commended. He is a credit to his profession, as he has always on time, always thorough, always professional, and never recommends services or products that we do not need. We have come to rely on and trust Randy very much over the years to take care of our RO system water needs. He also recommended a charcoal water filtration system to ensure that our water softener performs well for many years, and we are very happy with both Systems.
We continue to use Rock Valley Culligan because of people like Randy. He is a true professional.

Even tho we have the new water from Lake Michigan, we still love our Culligan RO filter! And we still need our water softener (to a lesser degree than before the new water) and it’s great to have the salt delivered and put in for us (we are in our 80’s). All the Culligan employees are very nice, respectful, and very helpful!
