Called and spoke to someone (Lori V.) right away. the person who managed our Culligan account left the company and Lori made it very easy for me to switch the account over to different management. Culligan,basically is great. Only recommendation is to give us a calendar with their towns' delivery schedule...like they used to send us every year. Other than that, people are pleasant, friendly and efficient.

Having salt delivered & taken downstairs plus putting it in is such a lifesaver.
We have been long time residential clients & although I know the your office is a part of this BUT over the decades our current driver Greg who has been on our route for over 2 years has kept us as clients as we always get our delivers on the correct day, we always get exactly what we ordered, he always gets the number of bottles returned correct and perhaps most important, he follows the deliver instruction on our file to pickup & deliver to our back door. I have rarely see him and the 2 times I do recall he was friendly & had a smile on his face.
My only concerns is that you don't promote that your bottles are BPA free & I would prefer to not drink out of plastic bottles but that is offset by the benefits of delivery.
Plus, with the City of Calgary water main issues, we appreciate knowing we have a reliable source of drinking water.
