I like the service plan that i have. I get the salt delivered so that means no more trips to the store to get the heavy bags of salt. I requested that they leave the salt by the garage door, and it is right were i asked them to leave it. They notify me the day before a delivery to let know it is coming. Culligan is great.
Service people come to change filters on time once they make an appointment. Always polite. Our drinking water taste just like expensive bottled water.

I feel the product itself is top quality in that the parts last a longtime and my drinking water tastes great. I also like the excellent customer service I have received from both the phone support and with the in home service support.

It took awhile for culligan to get it figured out but my technician Joe was fantastic. He went above and beyond to get the problem fix. I will always ask for him if I need help with my system. He deserves a raise.
