The water tastes very refreshing. The delivery person is very courteous and puts them right at our door. We are seniors and it makes it easier for us.
I like the delivery service and scheduling. The staff in the store and the staff in the office are a great help and are kind and curtious. I also now enjoy the online service where you can go in and change your order, cancel your order or make any changes necessary to your order. It's great. All in all Culligan is a great Company.

I don't have a whole lot to comment on- the filters replacements and water test was done on
March 6th,and providing everything holds up well until the next annual work then I guess all is
well. Same goes for the salt tank in my basement. If not then it'll be "Hey Culligan man"!

Your salt delivery is very convenient, although a bit expensive. It would be even better if there were a time frame (1-2 hours) on when the delivery was going to take place, instead of having to call.
Quality of product. Very reliable machines. Service is also very good. Call and have a person answer is a Hugh bonus. On my 3rd water softener. Will always have a culligan.
