The delivery has been good, except in extreme cases and I have always been notified if it will happen. The driver in my route-Bealeton is an awesome person. I forgot to put my empty bottles outside once. He called me when he didn’t see it, and came back to deliver the water. That’s going beyond and above, which I really appreciate.

Response time to our problem was a little frustrating. Luckily we were able to troubleshoot and manage the problem ourselves until they were able to get someone out for a service call, but being told it would be 12 days until someone can come out when you tell them your system isn’t putting out any water (not low pressure. faucets on, zero water coming out.) is a bit disheartening. When they were able to come out, they were as kind and helpful as ever though, and quickly fixed our problem.
