Water quality testing
Water comes when expected. Water always tastes good. Was never notified when price was going to increase. Was also still charged for the bottle that kept draining into the dispenser and all over the floor due to a crack that did not allow pressure to stay in the bottle . (hopefully that makes sense).
I love our water!! I have had a great experience with their services. I highly recommend them.

Water softener
I like the fact that they come on a regular schedule to add salt to the softener so I don't have to bother with it. That plus the fast service when required. i am very pleased with Culligan of Watertown . . . and the soft water is great!!!!

Mike performed a new water softener installation for us today, replacing our old unit. Mike was very knowledgeable and installed everything without any issues. He left the workplace clean and in order. He clearly explained how all the new equipment works and how to maintain it. We were very satisfied with Mikes work.
