Delivery
Both the office and driver kept me posted as to delivery time. Driver very nice and took off his shoes when bringing the salt into the house. Reset time and date on softner for me.

We've loved your service since before we became customers, and now that we are two years in, nothing has changed. We couldn't be happier with our service, the quality of the water we purchase and for our family to consume, the delivery, communication, and follow-up if ever there is an unexpected situation, e.g., credit card on file is outdated, delivery attempt was tried, but we weren't home, etc.
I love the process, I love the customer service, and the cost is worth every penny.
