The Culligan employee that services our account, Lucas, is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When he showed today, I asked him to hold off on the salt delivery as I had plenty.
I also asked when our whole house filter would be changed. It is supposed to be done every 6 months and it had been about that much time. Lucas hopped out of his truck and changed the filter right then and there. It took very little time.
He said that the current filter looked like it had some life left in it. He said he wanted to check again after summer. This way he could make an informed recommendation to go to a yearly filter change rather than every 6 months.
Again, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
My service technician from Winchester by the name of Warren was excellent. He diagnosed our problem of excessive use of salt and reset the controls on our Culligan units to regenrate from daily to monthly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, completing the service call in a very reasonable time, especially considering that the system had not been serviced for at least two years ago when we purchased the residence.
Detailed, nice and cooperative. Seems help when not sure to provide good service.

I have been a customer since 1977! Culligan of Faribault has always been nothing but A+. Service is top notch and worry free. I have guests that come to visit and they rave about my water, taking long showers, and commenting on how clear the water is for tasting and cooking. Water is essential for life, why not have the best! And thats what Culligan is.....THE BEST!
