The technicians that come to my house are always very friendly & helpful. Joshua came to my house today to replace the motherboard on my water softener. He has been to my house before. He he is always friendly and personable. He let me know everything he was doing and he showed me how to use the Culligan app. He also went out of his way to mount the electric cord to my wall. I am extremely happy with the service. I always receive From Culligan.

The 10 out of 10 is for Alton, our service person. He's fantastic. Knows his stuff, is diligent and works through the problem and will not leave until things are properly settled. Always pleased to see it is him ringing the doorbell as I know I will be well looked after.
Products / systems could be more user friendly
Chris did an excellent job of sterilizing our water purification system and replacing the filters.
The maintenance was done to perfection. I would recommend using Culligan for the professional work completed.

Starting from the first phone call….they were prompt to return a text, follow up on my inquiry and my concerns. Within 3 days the representative was at my house testing the water, explaining the whole testing process, the physical softening process, the equipment functioning process, and the installation process and the cost and financing process. All said with respect to us understanding. All questions accepted and answered courteously. Then within the week the installers arrived Brett and Brandon, and on time! They didn’t skip a beat. Parked conveniently so we weren’t blocked, brought equipment inside, made all the necessary measurements and holes for pipes. Went underneath the house hooked up some pipes, adjusted all the setting on the equipment, explained it to us, showed us exactly where to find the web address for any problem, picked up all the cardboard boxes, and swept. They were like ninjas. (Ok I did hear the hammering of a board onto the studs). They were very professional, kind and caring about our satisfaction and their reputation. Culligan a name that says respect.

I don’t know what I would do without my tech Andy Davis taking care of my complex water system. He is knowledgeable and friendly and am grateful to have him as my water guy.
We had bags of salt delivered recently. The guy delivering was very good! Friendly. He apparently had a water spill in his truck and made certain to wipe down my bags of salt so that I was not impacted. Offered to carry the salt down to my basement as well. Don't know his name, but thanks to the driver.
