My water softener is in the basement of our home. I used to put the salt in myself plus I used to purchase it and carry it from my vehicle all the way to the unit. I am getting way too old to do this anymore (67). I am having it done by the local culligan dealer now.
We have well water so your system e office keeps hard minerals from staining everything. The service persons are all friendly on deliveries and keep maintenance up to date. The office personal who schedule are very accommodating, and friendly like they know you personally . I thank them all.
