A hi, my name is Tanya loose. I live at 712 north wagner road in ann arbor. And I had an incredibly kind gentleman helped me today. He was just from the minute he sent a low, when I called the number all the way through the transaction interaction. I want to tell you you've hired a really remarkable person to represent your company. I was just so impressed with his professionalism his once kindness. He was through, he asked me if there's anything else I might need, but it's really rare these days to find someone in customer service that can actually make you smile. And Nicholas did that for me today, and I wanted to recommend him and commend you for hiring him for letting him represent, you know, the sound stupid, but there's not enough good things in the world. So decided i just showed out when people are being great. So nicholas, please keep him please from auto put him in charge of training everyone, because his attitude is fantastic and it made my day and I hope that I can make his by letting you know how special he is. This is not romantics. I'm not trying to make this weird, but it's very rare to have someone on the phone with that good. Based on a couple of companies myself. The whole Culligan experience has been excellent, from the salesman Ryan, from Jane and especially Jessica special recognition for her, to the technician installers Ted and Kit who impressively installed these systems, to Corwin who came out and replaced a water flow valve. This whole process exemplifies professionalism, competency, knowledge, friendliness, these are people you want as neighbors. This is win-win-win situation, my family gets piece of mind with y'all's filtration systems, I feel relieved with less stress for my family and confidence in Culligan's workmanship, knowledge, and products installed at our water well and in our home. So that came today and put in according filter for me and was very friendly, very efficient, answered all my questions and that's been my experience with collagen overall. We have driver/deliverer Jesus Jimenez for our building.
He is incredible fast and efficient in his deliveries and gets the job done in minutes, which is impressive considering how many water jugs are delivered and empty ones taken away.
He is also so incredibly kind and always a pleasure to see. If all Culligan drivers are like this, I see no reason not to recommend their services.
