Products are readily available. Service is fantastic. Ollie is one of those delivery people you can set your watch by. He very knowledgeable and helpful. If I have issues with equipment or need extra bottles for the hot summer months, he gets us taken care of!
Mark did a great job explaining the programing procedure to me after testing the softener to verify that it was functioning correctly. I didn’t know anything about this softener other than salt type as it was here when we purchased the house, but I feel enabled now to program the unit should the situation arise.
